  I have been eating here for years and have had issues in the past, but what happened today is totally uncalled for. I placed a to go order over the phone. A "Rachael" took my order. She informed me what the specials were and I order one. I waited the suggested 15 minutes and go to the Beer Deli. After waiting in line for 7 other customers, I am told that there is no order. After confirming, She informs me that I had been given inaccurate information and that they do not have the sandwich I ordered. I'm confused, I had to leave my phone number to place the order. Why was I not contacted and informed about the incompetence ? I was then given the most insincere apology I have ever heard. No offer to get me something else, no concern or caring that I have wasted my lunch time thinking I was arriving to pick up and consume my lunch. The OWNERS of this sandwich shop feel that they are untouchable. This is nothing short of disgusting. How do they think they are ? Is there time more important than mine ? Well let it be known that the mistake today initiated actions by me to do my best to make these business owners realize that they have nothing when you start treating your customers unfairly.
